Documentation of all works performed and completed by Passive First, is prepared as Standard and goes beyond the minimum standards required by the Australian Standards and the manufacturers approvals.
Passive First provides comprehensive reporting to assessing whether each passive
fire measure complies with the building’s approved design. Our inspections are conducted in accordance with the requirements outlined in AS1851 – “Routine
service of fire protection systems and equipment” along with the Fire Protection
Accreditation Scheme (FPAS) administered by the Fire Protection Association
Australia (FPAA).
With over 30 years of experience in the passive fire industry, Passive First
understands the critical role of effective asset management, In addition to our
inspections, we offer detailed auditing services and develop passive fire registers.
Where baseline data is unavailable, these registers can be implemented as part of your routine service records.
